Bianca Balan

Bianca studied Business Management with a Minor in Informatics at the Technical University of Munich, focusing on Strategy and Entrepreneurship. 

After finishing her studies she joined Hibyte and had a massive contribution in setting up operations and transforming it into a self-sufficient and successful company. 

The thing that she loves the most is building creative and innovative products. She has more than 4 years experience in managing massive software projects and defining product strategies.

Furthermore, she has international experience in formulating high-tech start-up product and  market entry strategies.
