Justina Bieliauskaite

Justina Bieliauskaite is a Projects Director at the European DIGITAL SME Alliance, which is Europe’s first and largest ICT SME association, uniting more than 45.000 businesses in the EU and neighboring countries.

In her role, Justina is supporting innovative European SMEs in their pursuit of funding, develops and leads EU projects, oversees the creation of new international partnerships and consortia building. Justina specializes in innovation and projects in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Smart Cities and Communities, digital skills development, ICT standardization and blockchain technologies. Currently, there are 16 projects and initiatives running under Justina’s supervision.

Besides, Justina is also coordinating DIGITAL SME’s Working Group on Digitalisation and Digital Innovation Hubs’ Collaboration.

Before joining the Alliance, Justina has also worked in public and non-governmental sectors in the fields of gender equality, innovation and sustainable mobility. Justina holds a Master’s degree from Leiden and Vilnius universities (cum laude), and besides her native Lithuanian language also speaks English, Italian, German and Russian.
