Lucian Munteanu

Mr. Lucian Munteanu is an expert in Military Intelligence having more than 20 years experience in this domain, certified through a wide range of missions in war conflicts areas and NATO Headquarters, covering different sub-domain expertises like Data-Information-Intelligence analysis, key leader engagement and Intel planing, human-to-human engagements and Intel collection, System-of-System Analysis, Intelligence management and leadership.

Currently, Mr. Lucian Munteanu works under Concept Development & Experimentation and Education & Training pillars within NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence (https://www.natohcoe.org) focusing his research mainly on disruptive technologies – artificial intelligence and psychology aplicabilities on Human Intelligence, applying Agile concepts in a continously changing environment.

As a representative of NATO HUMINT Centre of Excellence, he promotes the Centre’s credo that human-to-human engagement will maintain its prevalence in the technology age, but only by leveraging the technology support.
